If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the license key has not been activated or used. To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team and include your order number along with the reason for the return. Refunds

Approved refunds for digital software licenses are processed within 1–2 business days after the return request has been accepted. Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be made via bank transfer or check. Please note that any fees charged by financial institutions are non-refundable.

Replacement

Replacement requests for digital software licenses are generally processed within 2 business days following approval. Replacements are subject to verification and availability.
