Sales Agreement

Customers must be at least 16 years of age to place an order with Codigi.uk. Codigi.uk is the owner and operator of this platform.

Each order placed on this website constitutes an offer to purchase products from Codigi.uk and is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Sales Agreement.

All content published on the Codigi.uk website, including but not limited to logos, text, and graphic elements, is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Codigi.uk.

1. Definitions

Company refers to the website Codigi.uk, operated by the sole proprietorship Afonso Costa, with its registered address at Rua de Entrecampos, 36, 4D, 1700-159, Lisboa, Portugal.

Customer refers to any individual or legal entity that seeks to purchase products from the Company.

Product refers to any computer, computer hardware, or software license key sold or offered for sale by the Company. Free technical support, including download links or supplementary services provided without charge and without guarantee, is not considered a Product under this definition.

Agreement refers to any completed or proposed transaction between the Company and the Customer concerning the sale or purchase of Products.

These terms and conditions apply to and form part of every Agreement between the Company and the Customer. They replace any previous terms and conditions and take precedence over any terms proposed by the Customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the Company.

2. Price

The Company reserves the right to amend prices at any time in order to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

3. Payment

Payment for all Products must be made in full at the time the order is placed, using one of the payment methods made available on the website.

No Product will be delivered until the payment has been successfully authorized.

If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery.

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, the Company may disclose relevant customer information to law enforcement or competent authorities upon lawful request.

4. Product

Products offered for sale may include computers, hardware, or pre owned software license keys that activate compatible software and may require online or telephone activation.

The Company guarantees the activation of one copy of the corresponding software on a single device.

Sales of digital Products comply with the First Sale Doctrine under 17 U.S.C. § 109, which permits the resale of lawfully acquired copies of copyrighted works.

Download links or paid technical support services are not sold as Products by the Company.

5. Delivery

Physical Products are delivered via international postal services or other available shipping methods.

Digital Products are delivered electronically through the Customer’s account on the website and by email following successful payment and account registration.

While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by circumstances beyond its control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refusal of delivery.

6. Usage

Customers are responsible for the correct installation and use of software Products.

Physical Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Improper use may result in loss of eligibility for returns or refunds.

7. Cookies

By using the Codigi.uk website, Customers consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

8. Jurisdiction

This Sales Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
